The Seminar
Our group is organizing a study group on the famous work of Simone de Beauvoir “The Second Sex”. The study group/seminar is expected to start the last week of August 2022 and will meet weekly.
Meetings
This is a discussion seminar that will meet weekly starting at the end of August. The exact meeting duration, date and time will be determined among the interested applicants. There will be an option to attend both online via Zoom and in-person in Choirokoitia.
There will be assigned reading each week that will be discussed at the meeting – it will be available in both English and Greek, but the meetings will be in Greek. The reading will not be too long, and will not presuppose any background knowledge in politics, philosophy, or economics.
